A sign-in for your customer, to exactly what you let them see.
Anyone at the company can have a login: one primary contact, and as many others as you add. What each of them sees on signing in — invoices, projects, tickets, contracts — is the company’s own record, filtered to what you have switched on for them.
What a contact can do
Pay online
Open an invoice and pay it through your own Stripe account, straight from the portal — no separate account needed to do it.
Follow their project
Tasks, milestones and files a project has made client-visible — set switch by switch, per project, so what shows is a choice you made, not a default nobody checked.
Raise and follow a ticket
Their own tickets, their own replies, and a rating once one is resolved — the same desk your team works from, seen from their side of it.
Sign a contract, upload a file
Everything that needs their signature or their document, in the one place they already sign in to.
Money is a switch, not a default
A budget, a rate, a milestone’s amount — none of it reaches a contact unless a project has been switched to show it. A contact sees only their own company’s records, in full, with no partial view to configure per person; another company’s project, a hidden one, or somebody else’s ticket simply isn’t there to find.
Their own front door
The portal carries your own branding, not ours, and a person can ask for access from the sign-in page — you confirm which company they belong to before it opens. It stays reachable even for a firm whose own subscription with us has lapsed, because it is their customer’s access, not a feature you’re renting them.
