Your customers’ portal logins are never counted as seats: a firm should not pay more because its customers use the thing it bought.
Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel — cancel online any time from Account → Billing.

What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan. If you do not, the firm keeps its core modules and its data; nothing is deleted, and you can export everything at any time.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, yourself, from your account’s Plan page. Before anything changes you see exactly which modules you gain or lose and what the price becomes.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. Client portal logins are free and unlimited. Online invoice payments go to your own Stripe account; we take no cut of them.
