An agreement, signed without a courier or a fax.
A contract is sent as a link, signed by the customer in their own portal, and dated the moment they do it. It then sits on the record it belongs to, watched for its own expiry, not filed away and forgotten.
What happens before it expires
A reminder goes out ahead of a contract’s end date, on the schedule you choose, so renewing it is something your team starts on purpose rather than something a customer notices has lapsed. Renewal figures and counts show up on the same dashboard as everything else needing attention.
Where a contract lives
Against the customer it belongs to, or against a project, so whoever opens either record can see what was agreed without hunting through email for the PDF someone signed two years ago. A new contract can start from a template, so the terms your firm actually uses don’t get retyped every time.
