Connect your own Zoom account, and any meeting booked with Zoom as its location gets a real join link — nobody on your team opens Zoom to create one by hand.
How it connects
Connect from Setup, sign in to Zoom, and grant it permission to create meetings on your behalf. From then on, a booking page or a manually scheduled meeting can choose Zoom as its location, and the join link appears on the invitation, the reminder and the meeting record — the same link every time.
Disconnecting
Remove the connection from Setup at any time; meetings that already have a link keep it, and new bookings simply stop offering Zoom as an option until it is reconnected.
