We hold data about your firm and the people who work there directly. Your own customers’ data belongs to your firm — we process it under your instructions, and never for our own purposes.
Your firm and your staff
Name, work email, role and billing details, held so we can run the product and bill your subscription. You can correct, export or ask us to erase it at any time.
Your customers and their contacts
Held only under your instructions, for the sole purpose of running the product for your firm. Where you switch it on, a contact can export or erase their own data directly from their portal.
A password we cannot read back
No password is ever stored or logged in a form anyone — including us — could read. A support session on our side into your account is recorded in your own audit log, with the reason given for it, so it is never invisible to you.
