Billing that raises itself, on the day you set.

A subscription is a schedule, not a reminder to remember. On its date, it raises an invoice from the same line items an ordinary invoice uses, with the rule that raised it visible on the invoice itself.

If you turn on auto-charge

A subscription can charge the customer’s saved card automatically through your own Stripe account the moment its invoice is raised. A card that needs the customer to authenticate, or a charge that fails outright, is recorded plainly against the subscription and emailed to the customer — nothing is left to quietly retry forever with no record of why.

A failed charge tries again on its own schedule

A retry schedule you set, not a single guess — a card declined today gets another attempt on the day you chose, and the subscription’s own screen and the notification already sent tell you when the retries have run out, so it is a thing your team acts on rather than a thing that fails silently.

Every raised invoice is an ordinary invoice

It gets its own number, its own PDF, its own online payment link, and sits in the same ledger as everything invoiced by hand. Nothing about a subscription’s invoices is a second kind of document your team has to learn.
