Blocked senders

Mail from a specific address, or a whole domain, that is never allowed to become a ticket, an appended reply, or an auto-reply.

When you would use this: a repeat sender of nuisance mail, or a domain you never want opening tickets at all.

Adding one: either a full address ([email protected]) or a whole domain (@example.com). A match on either drops the message before it touches a ticket — it still shows on "Inbound mail", so the drop is never silent, it is simply not a ticket.

When it refuses: reading the list needs the settings-reading permission; adding or removing an entry needs the settings-writing permission.
