My tickets (raising your own request)
Your own inbox for asking a colleague's department for something — IT, HR, finance, whatever your firm handles this way — kept apart from the customer queue.
When you would use this: you need something from another team at your own firm, the same way a customer would raise a ticket with you.
Raising one: "New request", a subject, a description, a department and (where offered) a priority. It behaves exactly like a customer's ticket from there — the same statuses, the same thread, the same SLA clock if your firm has set one for that department — except that only you can see it, never a colleague's request, and the queue itself can flag it as "Internal" for whoever is working it.
Rating it: once your request is marked Resolved, you are asked to rate it the same way a customer rates theirs; you may change your answer until it is Closed.
A quicker route: if you would rather not type a ticket, the same page lists the departments that take staff requests, with their phone number and hours.
When it refuses: "Not available" here would mean your role lacks the ability to raise a request at all — in practice every built-in role has it, so this should not come up; ask an Owner or Admin if it does.
