Getting started in your portal
Your own portal: a private place to see what your invoices, projects and other work with this firm look like, without emailing to ask.
Signing in: you will have received an invitation email from the firm you work with. Open it, choose a password, and you are in. If the link has expired, ask your usual contact there for a new one.
Your home page: opens to a summary of what is current — invoices you owe, recent activity, and quick links into whatever this firm has made visible to you. The menu down the side only lists what applies to you: sections the firm has switched on, and that your own account has access to, so it will not match every other contact at your company exactly.
Your profile and password: open "My profile" to update your name, phone number and job title, choose which email updates you receive, and change your password.
When something is not there: a section missing from your menu, or a page that behaves as if it does not exist, usually means one of two things — the firm has not made that feature available to any of its customers, or your own account was not given access to it while a colleague's was. Either way, the "Contact us" page in this portal lists who to ask; they can turn it on or extend your access if that is the right call.
What happens next: everything you do here — paying an invoice, accepting an estimate, replying on a ticket — reaches the firm directly, the same as it would by email, but kept in one place you can come back to.
