Leads report

Where enquiries come from, how many became customers, and what is still open — the numbers behind the leads board rather than the board itself.

When you would use this: to see conversion rate, average time to convert, and where the range's leads actually came from, or to see the board's current stage counts and how each team member's leads are moving.

Headline figures: leads received, converted, the rate between them, conversions dated inside the range specifically (a lead created earlier and converted inside this range counts here even though it was not received in it), average time to conversion, and how many received leads carry no value yet.

By source: where the range's leads came from, and how many of them have converted — one chart, one table.

By stage: a snapshot as at right now, not filtered by the range above — a stage count is a statement about the board this morning, and range-filtering it would contradict the leads list you just came from.

By assignee: three independent totals grouped on who currently owns each lead — created, lost and converted in this range — not a funnel: a lead can be created in this range and converted in it, and appears in both. Reassigning a lead moves its whole history with it, so the new owner's figures include what happened before the reassignment.

Weekday and daily charts: when leads are actually created and converted, by day of the week and across the range day by day.

A narrower view: none — everyone who holds this permission, and whose firm sells through leads, sees the same figures.

When it refuses: "Reports are not available to your role" means you lack the plain reporting permission — ask an Owner or Admin. No Leads card on the reports hub, or a 404 on this page directly, means your firm has not switched leads on.
