Reports
The hub every report in the product is reached from — a card for each one you are allowed to open, and nothing for the ones you are not.
When you would use this: as the starting point for any figure about the business, rather than remembering which screen holds it.
What decides which cards you see: each one checks the same thing its own screen does. Sales, Expenses and Income vs expenses need the permission to see money across the firm; Leads needs your firm to sell that way and the plain reporting permission; Support and Knowledge base need only the plain reporting permission; Timesheets overview needs either that same permission over everyone's time, or — the one exception — just the permission to log your own, which shows you your own hours instead of the whole team's. Team hours, alongside Timesheets overview, is the same figures again as one row per person rather than a person's own detail.
Every chart has a table behind it: nothing on any report screen is chart-only — the numbers a bar or line draws are always listed as a table too, so a figure you want to check, copy or read with a screen reader is never locked inside a picture. Whether you see the chart or the table first is your own choice — see "Charts open as" in your preferences — and you can flip a single chart to its table without changing that choice for every other one.
Money is never added across currencies: a report with customers in more than one currency shows a card, a row or a chart per currency, side by side, rather than a single total that would silently convert one currency into another. If you sell in GBP and EUR, you will see both, never one number claiming to be both.
When it refuses: "No reports are available to your role" means none of the cards above apply to you — ask an Owner or Admin. A single report you cannot reach directly by its own link answers the same way, on that screen instead of here.
