Timesheets overview
Logged time by person, project and customer, with how much of it was billable, billed, or still sitting unbilled.
When you would use this: to see where the team's hours went over a range, chase unbilled billable time before it is forgotten, or check utilisation.
Choosing a range: a preset or your own From and To dates, the same pattern as every other report here.
Headline figures: logged hours, billable hours, billed hours (with their value), unbilled hours (with their value — click through to see exactly which entries), non-billable hours, billable time logged against no project rate at all (valued nowhere, worth checking), and utilisation — billable hours divided by logged hours.
The daily chart: billed and unbilled stacked together make the billable total; non-billable time is not counted in it at all. A range longer than the chart's own limit drops the chart and keeps the tables — narrow the range to bring it back.
By person, by project, by customer: three rollup panels, each its own CSV.
Unbilled: billable entries with no invoice line yet, oldest first — the ones most likely to be forgotten, with their own export.
If a project's money is not yours to see: any billable time on it is still counted in your logged and billable totals, but excluded from every money figure — you are told how many hours that affects rather than the report simply looking short.
A narrower view: without the broad permission over everyone's time, holding only the permission to log your own time still opens this screen — scoped entirely to your own entries, with no "By person" panel (there is only one person to show).
When it refuses: "Timesheets are not available to your role" means you hold neither permission — ask an Owner or Admin. Nothing here appears if your firm has not switched on time tracking or reporting.
