Notices this firm has posted for its customers — planned downtime, a change to how something works, or general news.

When you would use this: to check for anything the firm wants you to know before it affects you.

Steps: open "Announcements" to see the current list, most recent first. There is nothing to action here; it is a one-way notice board.

When it refuses: an empty page means nothing has been posted recently. If "Announcements" is missing from your menu, this firm does not use it with customers.
