Meetings
Booking time with this firm directly, against the availability they have published, instead of emailing back and forth to find a slot.
When you would use this: to arrange a call or a meeting without waiting on a reply to settle the time.
Steps: open "Meetings" to see any booking pages this firm has made available to you, and any meetings already arranged. Choose a page, pick an open slot, and confirm — you receive the details by email, and the meeting then also shows here.
What each option means: some booking pages ask for information up front (what the meeting is about, for instance) before letting you choose a time; fill that in as asked, since it is usually what the firm needs to prepare.
Changing or cancelling: where the firm allows it, an upcoming meeting can be rescheduled or cancelled from its own entry here; otherwise, use "Contact us".
When it refuses: no slots available means the firm's published availability is fully booked for now — check back, or ask on "Contact us". "Meetings" missing from your menu means this firm has not switched on booking for its customers.
