Your projects
A list of the work this firm is doing for you, each with its own page showing progress.
When you would use this: to check how something you have commissioned is moving along, without emailing to ask.
Steps: open "Projects" to see everything current. Select one to see its own page — what stage it is at, any milestones and their dates, files attached to it, and any discussion the firm has shared with you there.
What each part means: a milestone marks a stage of the work with its own date; whether it is complete is set by the firm, not by you. Files here are the ones the team has chosen to share — there may be internal documents on the same project you are not shown, and that is deliberate, not an oversight.
What happens next: you can add a comment on a project where the firm allows it, which the team sees on their side the same way.
When it refuses: "Projects" missing from your menu means either this firm has not switched on project visibility for its customers, or does not have any project work of yours entered yet. Ask on "Contact us" if you expected to see something here.
