Your company account

The "Company" page shows the details this firm holds for your organisation, and, if you have access to see it, who else at your company can sign in to this portal alongside you.

When you would use this: to check the address and details on file, or to see who your colleagues' logins belong to before asking them to do something in here.

What it shows: your company's name and contact details as this firm has recorded them, and where shown, the other contacts at your company with their own portal access.

Getting something changed: this page is read-only. If a detail is wrong, or a colleague needs their own login (or needs one removed), use "Contact us" to ask the firm directly — they hold the record, not you.

When it refuses: if this page is missing from your menu, this firm has not made company details visible to customers, or your own contact record has not been given that access; ask on "Contact us" if you believe you should have it.
