Data protection requests
Asking this firm what personal data they hold about you, or asking them to correct or erase it — the rights you have under data protection law, made directly through the portal.
When you would use this: you want a copy of what is held about you, want something corrected, or want your data removed.
Steps: open "GDPR" and choose the kind of request you want to make, with any detail that helps the firm act on it. Submit it, and it is sent to the firm to action; you are not able to change or delete records yourself from here.
What happens next: the firm responds to the request directly, by the channel they normally use with you — this page records that you asked, not the outcome.
When it refuses: "GDPR" missing from your menu means this firm has chosen not to offer this route in the portal; you can still make the same request through "Contact us" or however else you normally reach them.
