What "your access" means
Two different things decide what you see in this portal, and it helps to know which one is in play when something you expect is missing.
What the firm has switched on: some sections — projects, estimates, proposals, contracts, files, meetings, and the rest — exist in the product but are only offered to a firm's customers if that firm has chosen to use them. If nobody at your company sees a section, this is almost certainly why, and asking to have it switched on is the right request.
What your own contact has been given: separately, each named contact at a company can be given a different level of access from their colleagues — one person might raise support tickets while another cannot, for instance. Two people signing in for the same company can therefore see genuinely different menus, and that is by design: a company is not one login, it is everyone the firm has given one to, each with their own access.
Invoices are the one exception: whatever else is switched on or off, an invoice raised against your company is always visible to every contact who can sign in — nobody is kept from seeing what is owed.
What to do when something is not there: use "Contact us" and say plainly what you expected to see and could not. The firm can tell you whether it is a feature they have not turned on, or an access setting on your own contact record, and change either one.
