Branding

Your logo, your colours and your own address on the client portal, with a preview of the three places your customers actually see them.

When you would use this: putting your own identity on the portal your customers sign into, instead of a generic one.

What you set: a light-mode and dark-mode logo, a favicon, and an accent colour for the client portal your customers sign into.

Your own domain: every firm already has an address to give customers (a subdomain of ours); if your plan includes branding, this screen also shows your own domain in place of it, with the DNS record you need to add and whether it has gone live yet — the same claim, verify and remove controls, and the same information, as "Address and domain" in your Veilux account. Either screen manages the same domain; use whichever you have open.

A narrower view: seeing this screen needs only that you can read settings; saving anything on it needs the further capability to write them — a colleague who opens the page to check the current logo may not be able to change it.

When it refuses: no Branding item in your menu means your firm's plan does not include the branding module — see Your plan. The form disabled but visible means you can look but not save — ask an Owner or Admin.
