Connecting this business's own accounts — video conferencing and calendar today, with accounting and messaging to follow — to the product.

When you would use this: you want a meeting created in the product to actually produce a real video link, or your own calendar to reflect what is scheduled here.

Not one vendor: a marketplace of providers, grouped by what they do, each connected through your firm's own account with that provider — nobody else's tokens, nobody else's login, ever. Connecting one sends you to that provider's own sign-in; coming back links your account to it.

Meetings, available today: Zoom, Jitsi Meet and Google Calendar / Meet each turn a meeting you create in the product into a real join link. Zoom and Google Calendar / Meet connect through that provider's own sign-in; Jitsi Meet needs no account at all — just confirm the domain to use (your own, or the public one it offers by default) and it is ready. Connecting Google Calendar / Meet also puts the meeting on your Google Calendar, not only in the product.

Coming soon: Microsoft 365 / Teams and Cal.com are listed with a note explaining what is still needed before they can be connected — nothing to do yet.

Disconnecting: removes the connection immediately; anything the integration already produced (a meeting link already created, for instance) is not retroactively undone, only future use of that connection stops.

A narrower view: none — connecting and disconnecting any provider uses the one capability.

When it refuses: no Integrations item in your menu means you lack the integrations permission — by default Admin and above. An error after coming back from a provider's sign-in page shows on this screen with what went wrong; try connecting again, and ask the provider's own support if it repeats.
