A shortcut into the PDF group of Settings — what your invoices, estimates and proposals look like as a generated PDF.

When you would use this: the layout, colours or wording of the PDF a customer downloads or receives by email needs to change.

What it is: this nav item takes you straight to the PDF group on the main Settings screen — see "Settings" for what each field there does; there is no separate screen behind it any more. Your registered address, tax number, bank details or signature image is a different group — Company — since those are printed but are not about the PDF's own look.

A narrower view: viewing it needs only the ability to read settings; saving a change needs the further capability to write them.

When it refuses: fields showing but not saving means you can see the PDF settings but not change them — ask an Owner or Admin.
