Job runs
What the scheduled billing run actually did last night, and when — read-only, on purpose: this exists so nobody has to read a server log to answer "did billing run, and what happened?"
When you would use this: a recurring invoice or subscription you expected to raise did not, or you simply want to confirm the nightly run is healthy.
What each run shows: which slot it was (one per job, per day), when it started and finished, its status (Running, Succeeded, Partly done, Failed), and counts of what it attempted, raised, skipped and failed. A run stuck showing Running with no recent heartbeat is flagged as stalled — a crashed process, not a run still quietly working.
"Not yet due today": worked out live from your firm's own timezone and the automation hour set in Settings → General, not stored anywhere — it tells you whether tonight's run has already happened, is not due yet, or is overdue with nothing holding it back.
A run that raises nothing twice is normal: every period it would have billed on a second attempt is already billed — an empty second run is the system working, not failing.
When it refuses: no Job runs item in your menu means you lack the permission to write settings — by default this is Admin and above. Nothing on this screen can be changed by anyone; it is a record of what happened, not a control panel — to raise something that did not run, use "Raise now" on the recurring invoice or subscription itself, not this screen.
