Export everything

Every table your account owns, on demand — the way out is a feature, not an afterthought — plus a narrower way to bundle a set of documents as PDFs.

When you would use this: taking a full backup, moving to another system, or handing a customer or auditor a set of their documents as PDFs in one file.

Account archive: every table this account owns, as one CSV per table, plus a manifest and a plain-language README explaining what each file is. Requesting one queues a job; you can only have one running at a time.

Documents: a narrower export — PDFs of the invoices, estimates or proposals you choose, filtered by date range and status, zipped together into one download.

Previous exports: newest first, on the same screen as the request form, as two tabs (the tab you are on is part of the URL, so a link or a refresh lands you back on the same one). A finished file is kept for seven days and then removed automatically; the row recording that it happened is not — there is no delete, because the row is the evidence the account genuinely left the building.

A narrower view: none — exporting needs its own capability, the same for either kind of export.

When it refuses: "Exporting is not available to your role" means you lack the export permission — by default Admin and above. A request form disabled with nothing else wrong just means another export is already running; wait for it to finish.
