Data and privacy

Taking your whole account out of Veilux, and the same data-protection screens you already use for your own customers, gathered in one place under your Veilux account. You can reach this screen holding either the export permission or the GDPR-management permission — one is enough.

When you would use this: taking a full backup of everything your firm holds in Veilux, or reviewing how your account is closed if that is ever something you need to do.

Full account export: every table your account owns, as one CSV per table, with a plain-language guide to what each file is — the same export as Setup → Export everything; this screen and that one produce the same thing.

Privacy screens: links straight into your firm's own GDPR settings — Consent, Being informed, Erasure, Portability, Access and rectification, Retention, and the Subject requests queue — so you do not have to leave your Veilux account to find them. See "GDPR" for what each one does.

Closing your account: this screen explains what closing involves — a 30-day period in which it can still be reopened before anything is permanently removed — but does not close it directly; use "Contact Veilux" to ask, since it is something we act on for you rather than a self-service button.

When it refuses: this screen shows only the parts of it your role has a capability for — the export section if you hold the export permission, the privacy links if you hold GDPR management, either or both, or neither with a note saying so.
